For one night a season, every GCC member gains an ally! Four pairs of players are drawn and compete in a round robin style league phase. The top two teams then compete in the final to be crowned GCC Doubles Champions. There is also a third place play-off for the teams ranked in the bottom two.

All matches were played in a best of five legs format, other than the final which was best of seven.
